), the story revolves around Camille and Georges, who are dancing to Mr Bojangles by Nina Simone. Their love is a dizzying rollercoaster ride, a never-ending party. As far as they are concerned, life only involves pleasure, whimsy and friends. One day, unpredictable will-o’-the-wisp Camille goes too far. Georges and Gary, their children, will do everything in their power to prevent the inevitable so that the partying and the loving can go on, whatever the cost…

Produced by Olivier Delbosc for Curiosa Films and by Jean-Pierre Guérin for JPG Films, Waiting for Bojangles is being co-produced by France 2 Cinéma, Orange Studio, StudioCanal and Belgian outfit Umedia. The film, which has been pre-purchased by France 2 and Canal+, was shot in Paris, the Ile-de-France region and Juan-les-Pins. StudioCanal will take care of the French distribution and is overseeing the international sales.
