Broken Embraces to hit theatres on March 18
According to its production company El Deseo, Pedro Almodóvar’s highly anticipated new film, Broken Embraces (see news), will hit Spanish screens on March 18.
The 17th film by the La Mancha-born director has an outstanding cast headed by Penélope Cruz, Lluís Homar, Blanca Portillo, José Luis Gómez, Tamar Novas and Rubén Ochandiano.
Plot details have been kept under wraps. All that is known is that the film will centre on a writer and filmmaker who, 14 years after an accident that left him blind, remembers the surrounding circumstances and the woman he loved.
