The Brussels-based company Be For Films (a branch of Playtime), its CEO Pamela Leu and her team composed of Alix de Montblanc and Lisa De Rooster are entering with confidence this 7th Cannes Marché du Film, where they will be selling among other titles Charline Bourgeois-Tacquet’s Anaïs in Love [+leggi anche:

, which will be shown in a Special Screening to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Cannes’ Critics' Week. Starring in this film about modern love and chance encounters are Anaïs Demoustier, Valeria Bruni-Tedeschi and Denis Podalydès. Produced by Les Films Pelléas and Année Zéro, the film will be distributed by Haut et Court in France on 15 September.

, which Be For Films is presenting at the Marché (6-15 July) and at the Pré-Cannes Screenings (21-25 June). Produced by French company Blue Monday Productions and Swiss company P.S. Productions, the film centres on the unexpected encounter between Julie (Laetitia Dosch) and Mathieu (Pierre Deladonchamps), opposites in almost every way, who will nevertheless become inseparable. 

Also shown at the Pré-Cannes Screenings is Nous tous, a Belgian documentary from Pierre Pirard, produced by Belgian company Almolu. The film recalls Tomorrow [+leggi anche:

in its approach but, instead of the environment, focuses on society, and tells the stories of audacious citizens who are reinventing the family, education, social relations, culture, work, etc. 

Be For Films will also present at the Marché the first images from À plein temps [+leggi anche:

), starring another unmissable French actress, Laure Calamy (winner of the Best Actress César award last March). This film too centres on a woman called Julie, a single mother who struggles to reconcile her family life and her work in a Parisian palace, maintaining a precarious balance which will be disturbed by a transport strike. Produced by Novoprod, the film will also be distributed in France by Haut et Court (read the news).

Based in Bruxelles, Be For Films logically enough presents a beautiful line-up of Belgian films, including Madly in Life [+leggi anche:
