, a Spanish-Argentinian co-production that placed the emphasis on dramatic (and political) content. This time around, the helmer has made the leap to the fantastic genre. ), the film is, according to the director, “in essence, the story of a sentence: a conviction to live forever. It’s also an epic journey towards the light from the cusp of death, where pain caused by loss fuels the hope for a better life, until the rejuvenating light of day and the acceptance that eternity, existence, can be found in the present. All the Moons – which is being shot entirely in the Basque language – is a production by Spanish outfits Arcadia Motion Pictures, Kowalski Films, Pris&Batty Films and Ilargia Films AIE, in co-production with Noodles Productions (France). EiTB and RTVE are also involved, and the movie has received funding from the ICAA, the Basque government and the Gipuzkoa regional government. Filmax will take care of its Spanish distribution and international sales.
