Despite Wildlife – the directorial debut by the American actor Paul Dano – taking home the award for Best Film at Torino Film Festival 2018, European cinema represented the lion's share of award-winners, with a new official record. Following the jury's verdict, chaired by Jia Zhangke (China) and comprised of Marta Donzelli (Italy), Miguel Gomes (Portugal), Col Needham (United Kingdom) and Andreas Prochaska (Austria), the second most important award, the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Award, went to the German title The Mover [+lire aussi :
