"A place to discover young talent and showcase quality cinema, which often fails to reach an Italian audience, especially Neapolitan viewers." This is Naples Film Festival in the words of its director Mario Violini. The Neapolitan event – which is celebrating its 20th edition and is scheduled to run from 24 September to 1 October – will host eight days of meetings with guests such as Paolo Genovese, director of the international success Perfect Strangers [+lire aussi :

Three exhibitions stand out at this year’s event. "Percorsi d’autore" is dedicated to Ingmar Bergman, Bruno Dumont (who will attend the festival) and Andrzei Wajda, whose most significant films will be screened.
