NUIT NOIRE

by Olivier Smolders

synopsis

Nuit Noire is a tale built on the blend of black and white, of snow and night, of blood and milk, of an old Europe and Africa invented by the latter, on the beetles' underground life and the aerial one of butterflies. Prisonner between desire and repulsion which the lost paradise of his child's loves provokes on him, Oscar slowly abandons his life to frightening ghosts.
