Written by the director alongside Santiago Amigorena (who is working with the filmmaker for the 5th time), the story homes in on 26-year-old Élise, a classical dancer of great promise who suffers an injury during a performance and subsequently learns she will no longer be able to dance. She tries her hand at a new profession, but eventually discovers she can forge a new path for herself in the field of contemporary dance.

En corps is produced by Bruno Levy on behalf of Ce Qui Me Meut, in co-production with France 2 Cinéma, as well as Studiocanal (who are also managing distribution in France and international sales). Pre-purchased by Canal+ and Ciné+, the feature film boasts the talented Alexis Kavyrchine as its director of photography (who scooped the 2021 César in his specialism for Bye Bye Morons [+lee también:
