Written by Sébastien Bailly and Zoé Galeron (Road to Istanbul [+lee también:

ficha de la película]), the story revolves around Anna, a talented, well-known actress who, having reached forty years of age, is now experiencing a difficult patch in her professional and personal life. When she discovers she has a power which allows her to change her physical appearance and transform herself into whomever she wishes, she uses this power to put her relationship, and thus her husband Antoine, to the test. But will she lose herself in the process...?

Produced by Ludovic Henry and Antoine Roux on behalf of La Mer à Boire (who have already teamed up with the director on several of his shorts), Like an Actress has been pre-purchased by Ciné+ and also enjoys the support of the Ile-de-France region. Filming will unfold over a six-week period, both in Paris and the city’s surrounds. Distribution in France will be managed by Jour2Fête and international sales by Loco Films.
