While Wallonia has just proclaimed its independence, the king, retained in Croatia following an unfortunate accident in Sarajevo, would like to return home to save his broken country while being forced to undergo rehabilitative treatment. The imposing Dr. Ilse von Stroheim, one of the architects of the nationalist Nova Europa, takes the opportunity to announce that the last King of the Belgians will become the first Emperor of Nova Europa, without really bothering to consult him on the matter. But the King decides that it’s time to take control of his own destiny.
