Olga Kravets talks about Grozny: Nine cities, the collaborative transmedia project she runs with the photographers and filmmakers Maria Morina and Oksana Yushko. The project started as a photo documentary project on Grozny –the capital city of Chechnya, four years ago, but very soon they realised photos were not enough and therefore decided to use any possible mean to tell their story. Besides been more complete, transmedia is also very good, according to Kravets, because it allows to use may different languages at the same time and it passes easily through Russian censorship.
