) and Thierry Klifa, Bus Palladium centres on four young childhood friends who start a rock band in the mid-1980s.

They enjoy dazzling success: from rehearsals, to being spotted by a record company, making their debut in a legendary club like the Bus Palladium and releasing a single that leads to a tour. But the sudden arrival of a girl and daily life in the rock world unsettle the foursome. The film’s score is composed by Yarol Poupaud.

Produced by Cyril Colbeau-Justin and Jean-Baptiste Dupont for LGM Cinéma, Bus Palladium has received co-production support and pre-sales from France 3 Cinéma. The nine-week shoot will kick off in Paris and the surrounding area (including at La Boule Noire and La Manufacture de Sèvres) before wrapping up in and around Sète.

Theatrical and video distribution will be handled by Studio Canal, while international sales are still under negotiation.
