Pusan: Record viewers for Italian cinema

The 13th Pusan International Film Festival has closed. Having grown over the years to become one of the most important festivals worldwide (thanks also to its audiovisual market), the even this year paid special attention to Italian cinema, beginning with a retrospective on Paolo and Vittorio Taviani (including their latest, The Lark Farm [+see also:

The World Cinema section featured the world premiere of Tonino Zangardi’s Sandrine nella pioggia (presented by lead Adriano Giannini and producer Mauro Castellini), Forse Dio è malato by Franco Brogi Taviani, Paolo Sorrentino’s Il Divo [+see also:
