A total of €181,300 is allocated every year for the foreign exhibition of Swiss films and majority co-productions.

The attribution of funding is decided during four sessions in March, June, September and December. Distributors from countries that are part of the MEDIA Programme take priority, but the funding (a maximum €25,000 per title and per territory) cannot be added to the selective measures of the European audiovisual programme.
