This prize will be used for the film’s French theatrical release through Océan Films. A showcase for German-speaking productions from Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and Switzerland, the Alsatian festival aims to be a bridge between different linguistic zones.

Meanwhile, the Institut Lumière de Lyon has also been paying homage to the director with a retrospective that began in January and is being presented as part of La belle voisine, an invitation from the city of Lyon and the Rhône-Alpes region to celebrate contemporary Swiss creativity.
