Written by Julien Paolini, Manolis Mavropoulos and Syrus Shahidi, the story unfolds in the Parisian district of Château Rouge. Angelo, an idealist cop consumed by guilt over an accidental murder he committed but hasn’t admitted to, is looking to redeem himself by any means possible, throwing himself body and soul, and potentially dangerously, into resolving some minor shenanigans in his new neighbourhood…

Shot in three weeks, Karmapolice is produced by Julien Paolini and Syrus Shahidi on behalf of La Réserve and by Marie Etchegoyen and Yann Girard for Cousines Et Dépendances, in co-production with Sugar Mama Productions, Carly’s films and Dinosaures. Distribution in France and international sales are both under negotiation.
