Penned by the director and kept under wraps for the time being, the story is part romantic comedy, part con artist movie, according to the filmmaker, in the vein of Alfred Hitchcock’s To Catch a Thief and French film Heartbreaker [+see also:

Mascarade is produced by François Kraus and Denis Pineau-Valencienne on behalf of Les Films du Kiosque, and is co-produced by TF1 Films Productions, Pathé (who are also helming distribution in French cinemas) and Orange Studio. Pre-purchased by TF1, Canal+ and TMC, the feature film is also supported by the Southern region of France. Shooting will unfold between 8 June and 31 August, mainly in Nice and the Ile-de- France region, with Laurent Tangy (nominated for the 2019 César in his speciality for Sink or Swim [+see also:
