The shoot for Vaurien, the feature debut by Peter Dourountzis (who won the UniFrance Grand Prize for a Short Film for Errance in 2015, among other accolades), kicked off on 27 October and is due to wrap on 28 November.

Produced by Sébastien Haguenauer for 10:15 Productions, Vaurien is being supported by the Arte Cofinova, Cinéaxe and Cinécap Soficas, as well as by the Nouvelle Aquitaine region. The five-week shoot is taking place in Limoges, with Jean-Marc Fabre serving as DoP. The French distribution will be handled by Rezo and the international sales by Kinology.
