, the Colombian-Ecuadorian filmmaker wrote the screenplay for his latest film with Alexis Dos Santos, which focuses on a ragtag gang of child soldiers, brandishing guns and sporting war names such as Rambo, Wolf, Lady, and Bigfoot, and occupying a derelict ruin atop a remote mountain where they train, watch over their milk cow, and hold a kidnapped American engineer called Doctora (Julianne Nicholson) hostage. Discovered at the project stage during the Coproduction Village at Les Arcs Film Festival, the documentary was produced by La Belle Kinoise and Les Films en Vrac.

At the European Film Market, Camille Neel's Le Pacte sales team will also be showcasing the documentary Phil Tippet: Mad Dreams and Monsters by the French duo Gilles Penso and Alexandre Poncet, a portrait of the multifaceted American artist who has previously won Oscars for his work on visual effects in Star Wars: The Return of the Jedi and Jurassic Park, and the creator of unforgettable creatures such as Jabba the Hutt, having also worked for Paul Verhoeven and Joe Dante, among others. The film was produced by Frenetic Arts.
