GoCritic! selects four participants for Karlovy Vary
- Aspiring film journalists and critics from the Czech Republic, Austria, the UK and Serbia will take part in the pilot edition of the training programme
GoCritic!, the new training programme for emerging film journalists and critics, organised by Cineuropa in partnership with various European film festivals, has announced the selection for its pilot edition, set to take place at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival from 29 June-8 July.
GoCritic! received 42 applications from 24 countries and selected four participants who will be working intensively at the festival with tutor Michael Pattison and GoCritic! head of studies Vladan Petkovic on writing reviews, interviews and industry stories, which will be published on Cineuropa. The festival workshop will be followed by a period of online tutoring.
