Home follows the trials and tribulations of 17-year-old Kevin, who has just been released from a remand home. Seeing how going back to live with his parents, with whom he is constantly at loggerheads, is no longer an option, he instead moves in with his aunt’s family. He gets on well with his cousin Sammy and makes friends with his pal, John. But one evening, things turn sour, and the concepts of betrayal, loyalty and trust come to the fore. , was selected at Toronto, where Home will also be showcased. The movie was produced by Prime Time, in co-production with Versus Production, and with backing from the Flanders Audiovisual Fund and the CCA.

, Brosens and Woodworth are back with King of the Belgians, which tells the story of a fictitious Belgian monarch, Nicolas III, who is on an official visit to Istanbul when his country suddenly starts tearing itself apart. He must return as quickly as possible, but a solar flare prevents travel by air and knocks out all telecommunications. With the help of a British filmmaker and a group of singing Bulgarians, His Majesty and his entourage manage to leave Turkey and don disguises as they embark on an odyssey across the Balkans. The lead roles are entrusted to Peter Van den BeginTitus De VoogdtLucie Debay and Bruno GeorisBo Films produced King of the Belgians in co-production with Entre Chien et Loup, Dutch outfit Topkapi Films and Bulgaria’s Art Fest, and the movie also had backing from the Flanders Audiovisual Fund and the CCA. It will come out in Belgian theatres on 30 November, while the international sales are handled by Be for Films.
