. The drama about adultery focuses on a 34-year-old Dutch woman (Loes Haverkort), who inherits a dilapidated farmhouse in France and moves there with her husband, Eric (Mark van Eeuwen), and their two children to turn the old house into a B&B. While reconstruction works are under way, she embarks upon an affair with an attractive French worker (Pierre Boulanger), which will turn her family life upside down.

Rendez-Vous was staged by Millstreet Films (which has already produced Beumer’s films Soof and Loft) in co-production with FBO, and in collaboration with RTL Entertainment, TMG and ZIGGO. Independent Films is handling the movie’s theatrical distribution on over 100 screens throughout the country.
