film profile], the Neapolitan director and screenwriter returns to joke about regional diversity by comparing an average Tuscan school directed by a fussy and ambitious headmaster (Christian De Sica) with a class of wild Neapolitan kids led by an eccentric and listless teacher (Rocco Papaleo), strangely and unwillingly united as sister cities. Also starring in this musical-comedy with animation inserts are Angela Finocchiaro and Miriam Leone. Distribution, in 500 theatres, is managed by Universal.
