Eurimages supports 19 co-productions

- New films from Paolo Sorrentino, Matteo Garrone, Radu Jude, Alex van Warmerdam and the Taviani Brothers, among the selection
After celebrating its 134th meeting, held from 11 to 13 March in Budapest, Eurimages has unveiled the list of films that the fund will finance for a total amount of €5,367,000. The Board of Management from the Council of Europe’s co-production fund has agreed to support 17 co-production projects of feature films, as well as one animation film and one documentary film. Moreover, the Board has also decided to help 16 distributors for 78 films distributed in 9 European countries, within the distribution support programme, as well as Serbia’s Trimark project, in the framework of innovative projects aimed at reinforcing the image of European cinema.
