18/03/2014 - New films from Paolo Sorrentino, Matteo Garrone, Radu Jude, Alex van Warmerdam and the Taviani Brothers, among the selection

After celebrating its 134^th meeting, held from 11 to 13 March in Budapest, Eurimages has unveiled the list of films that the fund will finance for a total amount of €5,367,000. The Board of Management from the Council of Europe’s co-production fund has agreed to support 17 co-production projects of feature films, as well as one animation film and one documentary film. Moreover, the Board has also decided to help 16 distributors for 78 films distributed in 9 European countries, within the distribution support programme, as well as Serbia’s Trimark project, in the framework of innovative projects aimed at reinforcing the image of European cinema.
