Revolver Bonded By Blood

UK distributor Revolver Entertainment has acquired Sacha Bennett’s Bonded By Blood, which is all set for a December shoot. Bennett previously made the bank robber film Tu£sday.

The film is based on the best selling book by Bernard O’Mahoney, which recounts the story behind the infamous Rettendon Range Rover murders of 1995. It stars Kierston Wareing (Fish Tank [+see also:

Bonded By Blood is written by Graeme Muir and produced by Terry Stone and Daniel Toland. Ali Asad (Dead Man Running, Rise of the Footsoldier) is director of photography. Executive producers are Caroline Bennett, Ajay Parkash, Sudir Taparia, Mike Diamond, Tony Jimenez, Terry Byrne and Kevin Cash.

Meanwhile, another Revolver acquisition, horror film Basement, has commenced principal photography at Pinewood Studios. The film is being made by writer/director Asham Kamboj for Pinewood-based Paperknife Productions and Terry Stone’s Gateway Films. It stars Danny Dyer (City Rats), Jimi Mistry (RocknRolla [+see also:

Revolver has Alex De Rakoff’s (The Calcium Kid) gangster film Dead Man Running – starring Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson, Tamer Hassan, Danny Dyer, Monet Mazur and Brenda Blethyn – currently on UK theatrical release.
