Is a famous author in France, thanks to works like "L’infamille", "La douceur", "Le livre pour enfants" or "Tout contre Léo", which he himself directed for television in 2002.

His first features were 17 fois Cécile Cassard and Ma mére. At Cannes, he presented Dans Paris in the Directors’ Fortnight and Les chansons d’amour in the Official Selection.
