Miguel Courtois
French-Spanish director, writer, producer and actor. Born in Paris in 1960. He was first a philosophy professor, then a fashion photographer and reporter with the Sygma agency. He directed his first full-length film in 1987 and has worked in French film and television ever since, making numerous films and series.
In 2004 he directed his first Spanish film El Lobo ('Wolf') which won two Spanish Film Academy Goya Awards as well as numerous other international prizes. His newest film 'Operation E' premiered at the film festival in San Sebastian. (Source: Warsaw Film Festival)
