Stefano Tummolini

was born in Rome in 1969; after getting a degree in films’ history and critics at the University of Rome, he has been working as writer, translator, and as independent filmmaker.

He collaborated to the screenwriting of several tv series and feature films, The Turkish Bath by Ferzan Ozpetek, among others.

He directed many shorts and he wrote Neil Jordan’s biography and an essay about the melodramma in the cinema. Since 2004 he teaches screenwriting at the Scuola Holden in Turin. (Venice Days)
