Axel Petersén

Axel Petersén was born on 31 October 1979 in Stockholm. He studied History of Art and Culture Production in Stockholm and Malmö. From 2003 to 2004 he studied at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU). In 2010 he completed a five-year degree course at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm. AVALON is his first full-length film following several short films, and was presented at the 2012 Berlinale. (Source : Berlin Film Festival)
