MY QUICK WAY OUT

by Miguel Albaladejo

synopsis

Getafe, in the late 1970s. Shocked bystanders stand in disbelief as a car with no driver crosses the street at full speed. Juan Carlos alias ‘El Pera’ is at the wheel, a 9 year-old kid with extraordinary driving skills. His parents desperately try to keep him away from his friends, trouble-makers living in the same neighbourhood, but El Pera chooses the street as his headquarters.
