VIVE LA VIE

by Yves Fajnberg

synopsis

Richard, the head of a large company and just a little disdainful, pays little attention to those around him. It’s true that he’s rich, but he’s alone, gnawed at by a lovable vulnerability that he’s incapable of expressing. Maud, a haughty model cast adrift, has trouble coping with rejection. Behind her pleasant, flippant manner hides a woman who has lost her bearings and who latches desperately onto a superficial image of happiness. Rachid, a street mime and hospital clown, sadly happy, falsely content, is also a victim of his touching contradictions. Three people brought together by fate, whose distress explodes, with humor and emotion. Three people who will finally reveal their emotions and feelings after meeting Colombe, a seriously ill but radiant young woman, whose vibrant presence and gaiety overwhelms them.
