AFTERLIFE
synopsis
Kenny Brogan is an ambitious young journalist chasing an exposé on a possible case of euthanasia and the chance of a career to move to New York. At this critical point in his life, his mother, May, sprains her ankle and calls him back home to look after his Down's Syndrome sister, Roberta. Leaving his somewhat cliché bachelor lifestyle behind in the city, he travels back to his seaside hometown to find life there more complicated than he had expected.
