SESIÓN SALVAJE
by Paco Limón, Julio César Sánchez
synopsis
Sesión salvaje travels through the golden age of genre films in Spain, from the westerns shot in Almeria to horror movies, and including the destape (nudie) period and the so-called quinqui (delinquent) films. These B-movies provided for an entire small industry of filmmakers and gave us minor and major works, and this documentary is a tribute to all those professionals who made that cinema possible, almost forgotten today.
