Stella, an actress on the sidelines, loses her ability to laugh after a brain injury. Without humour, she can no longer work, her life despairs her, she touches the bottom… Under the advice of her neurologist, she meets Frank, a geologist, driller/blaster in an exploitation, that suffers from the same syndrome.
