THE WAY TO THE WEST
synopsis
The film is about the immigrants and refugees who live in Greece the past few years. We observe specific people for a period of two years. The film is made up of two parts that develop in parallel fashion. In the one part groups of foreigners and individuals are presented, the places where they live, small monographs and tales of crossing borders. The fictional part functions like a connecting link between the segments into which the film is divided:
"Dreams", "Irina", "Borders", "City", "Xenia", "Lamberia".
