THE COURAGE

synopsis

Travelling on a suburban train, two brothers, Alfred and Jerzy, witness a terrible incident – a girl is mugged by a few hoodlums. The younger brother, Jerzy, stands up for her, while Alfred makes a mistake – he reacts too late and passively observes the tragedy of his brother who, in front of his very eyes, is thrown out of a speeding train.
