synopsis

The true story of Guido Rossa, a worker at the steel plant in Genoa, opposed to the terrorist Red Brigades active in the seventies. After turning in a fellow worker and terrorist accomplice, he was killed by Brigade member Riccardo Dura on 24 January 1979. The death of Rossa, whose funeral drew 200,000 outraged workers, marked the repudiation of the Red Brigades, and thus their political and operational demise.
