Each year the European Film Promotion (EFP) with the international trade magazine Variety, select ten films of unconventional young European directors, presenting, within the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, “Europe Now!".
Financial support is provided by the MEDIA Programme of the EU and the ten participating EFP members. In addition, this year’s programme is sponsored by Cinemax – a movie channel from the family of HBO Czech Republic.
