) – among the most eclectic of her generation – will be opening the 32nd edition of Bolzano Filmfestival Bozen with the film Animals [+see also:

. A total of 65 feature films, documentaries and shorts are scheduled to be screened at the festival from 10 to 15 April, both in competition and in specific sections, as part of a varied and multifaceted programme. The two international juries, which will be judging the best feature film and the best documentary, are composed of Carlos Gerstenhauer (director of the BR - Bayerischer Rundfunk film section), Sarah Franzosini (journalist for Salto.bz) and Andrea Schramek (actress and screenwriter) for the fiction film section, and Klaus Schaefer (head of the FFF - FilmFernsehFonds Bayern for many years), Nela Märki (Editor), and Daniela Cecchin (Filmfestival of Lessinia) for the documentary section.

The only criterion for selection is that films originate from one of the following countries in the Alpine area: Italy, Germany, Switzerland or Austria, alternating between Italian and German, which are both typical of that border territory. The films in competition include: Three Peaks [+see also:
