), the story revolves around 19-year-old drug addict Céleste. Admitted into a rehabilitation clinic, she arrives suffering from withdrawal symptoms, the same day as Sihem, who is older, more reserved and refuses any contact whatsoever. Despite their differences, Céleste eventually breaks the ice, and the two young women make friends and become inseparable. One day they are discharged from the clinic and left to fend for themselves – but they are always together, thus jeopardising their chances of pulling through.

Produced by Marie Masmonteil for Elzévir Films, La Fête est finie is being co-produced by Rhône-Alpes Cinéma, has been pre-purchased by Ciné+ and is being backed by the Arte Cofinova Sofica. The six-week shoot will take place from 13 October-25 November in the Rhône-Alpes region and in Paris. The French distribution and international sales will be handled by Pyramide.
