Although French filmmakers are absent for the 4th consecutive year from the race for the Tiger Awards, French presence is still massive at the 43rd Rotterdam Film Festival, which begins today, since 23 productions and co-productions will be showcased in the various sections, that is without counting the international titles sold by French sales companies.
