KVIFF’s Artistic Director Karel Och, vice-president of the European Parliament Oldrich Vlasak and MEP Silvia Costa presented the event. The initiative, launched by the European Parliament, recognizes the importance of filmmaking and favours the connection between distinct cinematic cultures.
