Boudewijn Koole

Boudewijn Koole was born in 1965, in Leiden, Netherlands. After graduating in industrial design at the University of Delft, he taught himself how to make documentaries. He often works with children and young people in his films. His first film, KAUWBOY won Deutsches Kinderhilfswerk Grand Prix for Best Feature Film, as well as the First Movie Award in the Generation Kplus selection during the 2012 Berlinale.
