Director Sahraa Karimi and producer Wanda Adamík Hrycová (Slovakia's Wandal Production) discuss their project Flight from Kabul, winner of KVIFF Eastern Promises' MIDPOINT Feature Launch Works in Development Award, which follows a successful Afghan filmmaker whose wedding plans are horribly destroyed when the Taliban unexpectedly seize Kabul, and who finds herself facing a life-changing decision.
