The European Film Forum is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the MEDIA programme with a special edition, under the title "Investing in Creativity, Building the Future". A further conference, entitled "How to Leverage Investment?", will feature EIF deputy chief executive Roger Havenith, Media Finance Partners CEO Danielle Kadeyan, Voordekunst director Roy Cremers, Christof Papousek from Cineplexx, and Filmförderunganstalt director and EFADs president Peter Dinges. The last one, which will discuss the topic of "Living the Digital Shift: Concentration or Diversification?", features president of the European Producers Club Marco Chimenz, content director of Telefonica Alex Martinez Roig, Metropolitan Filmexport co-founder Victor Hadida, and Mikko Setälä from Rovio.

Director Thomas Vinterberg, Berlinale director Dieter Kosslick and Trust Nordisk CEO Rikke Ennis will take part in a conversation entitled "Putting European Works in the Spotlight", while another one, "Women on the Move – Towards a More Diverse Film Industry", will feature producer Rebecca O’Brien and distributor Régine Vial. A conversation with film director Tomasz Wasilewski, Hopster representative Miki Chojnacka and Tasja Abel from ZDF will explore the topic of "Game Changers: How New Generations Create and Watch", while a French conversation about "Reaping the Benefits of the Digital Economy: Creating, Distributing and Promoting European Works" will take place with Rodolphe Buet, president of international distribution and marketing at StudioCanal. Furthermore, two master classes will be led by film directors Jaco Van Dormael and Alan Parker.

The European Film Forum was set up by the European Commission in 2014 as an opportunity for policy makers to exchange views with prestigious filmmakers and industry representatives about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for the European audiovisual sector. It will be included in the programme of the Brussels Cinema Days, organised by Bozar, and part of the celebrations for the MEDIA anniversary, focusing on the development and distribution of the best European films across the continent. It will be held from 30 November-4 December, with screenings of films such as A Wedding [+see also:
