Having been absent from the Lido for the past few years, French international sales company Memento Films is making a comeback for the 72nd Venice International Film Festival (2-12 September 2015) with two films in the official selection. One of these is the stunning Marguerite [+see also:

), which will open the Orizzonti section. The film tells the story of a woman trying desperately to save the life of her husband by getting him the medical treatment he needs to survive, launching an attack on a corrupt and negligent insurance company and pulling herself and her son into a dizzying spiral of violence. The film will notably have a private market screening at the Toronto Film Festival (10-20 September).

After gracing the Venetian Lido, Memento Films International will head to Canada, with three films in its line-up in different sections of the Toronto Film Festival: Cannes competitor Louder than Bombs [+see also:
