French international sales agency SND is off to Santa Monica with an attractive line-up for the next American Film Market (from October 31 to November 7).

There, Lionel Uzan’s team will notably launch sales for Julien Maury and Alexandre Bustillo’s third feature (photo), the horror film Among the Living (original title: Aux yeux des vivants). The directors of Inside [+see also:

(2011) are this time to follow a group of rather turbulent teenagers, who skip school and end up at a fair where they see something that they should not have seen. Nobody believes them, but soon night falls... Produced by Metaluna Productions, the film is to start shooting in spring 2013 and to star Béatrice Dalle, Chloé Coulloud, Lannick Gautry, and Francis Renaud.

At the American Film Market on November 2, SND is also to screen promo reels for Love Punch, a Franco-British comedy directed by Joel Hopkins starring Pierce Brosman, Emma Thompson, and Louise Bourgoin, as well as The Informant (original title: Gibraltar), a French thriller directed by Julien Leclercq starring Gilles Lellouche, Tahar Rahim, and Italian actor Riccardo Scamarcio (production: Chapter 2 - read more). Alexandre Astier and Louis Clichy’s animation film project Asterix: the Land of the Gods (production: M6 Studio) also stands out in the agency’s line-up.

The line-up features the following titles in post-production: Lionel Bailliu’s comedy Denis (with Fabrice Eboué, Jean-Paul Rouve, Audrey Dana, and Sarah Giraudeau), Joël Franka’s Franco-Belgian feature A Song for Mama (with Patrick Timsit, Sylvie Testud, and the singer Dave as himself), and Stéphan Archinard and François Prêvot-Leygonie’s True Friends (with Jean-Hughes Anglade, Gérard Lanvin, Wladimir Yordanoff, and Zabou Breitman). As for completed films, it includes Grégory Magne and Stéphane Viard’s Michel (with Grégory Montel beside singers Michel Delpech and Miossec), Sophie Lellouche’s Paris-Manhatan, and Pascal Laugier’s The Tall Man.
