The film follows the story of Aleš, an ambitious corporate employee who is transferred to the worst department in the company - the call center - instead of being promoted. There, he must quickly learn how to work with his eccentric colleagues, including a crazy conspirator Marcela, a neurotic nihilist Michal, and a model employee Jitka, to create a cohesive team. Only then can they defeat their former colleagues, save their new department from being shut down, and most importantly, find their lost self-esteem.
