synopsis
A young village-boy from Iraqi-Kurdistan has overtaken the responsibility for his siblings after the death of their parents. When his older sister refuses to marry the man he chooses for her, he is forced by morality of his village to ran after his sister and kill her to restore the family honor. On his journey to catch his sister, he makes friendship with a young girl Evin in Istanbul. They continue the journey together through Greece, Germany (Berlin) and Norway. During the journey through different cultures, he gradually matures as he is forced to set in question the ethics of his cultural moral of honor-killing...
